Shipping Policy

We offer standard and express shipping to the USA only. Orders $150 and up qualify for free shipping.

Processing Times

Orders process same day or within 3 business days.

Delivery Options

We offer Standard shipping via UPS Ground or Express shipping via UPS Next Day Air. Please note, Express shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location.

Change of Address

Due to order volume and quick processing times, most COA requests sent to customer care can't be made in time.

As an alternative solution, we recommend contacting UPS or signing up for MYUPS account to manage your delivery or update the address once you receive your tracking number.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If you believe your package was mis-delivered by the carrier or stolen, please reach out to our customer care team for further assistance.

We will do our best to help resolve the issue and reship your order.

Return to Sender

If your package is returned to us by the carrier, we will reach out to you via email upon reception of the package to confirm your shipping address details.

If we are unable to get in touch with you within 7 days of the first attempt to contact you, the order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Please note, there is a $10 reshipment fee that must be paid first for a new delivery attempt.

Reshipments

Reshipments are handled based on item availability.

You may request a reshipment if your package was lost/stolen or returned to sender. Please note, a $10 reshipment fee may apply.
