What are the shipping costs?

For USA orders under $150 a shipping cost of $9.95 is charged.

All USA orders over $150 will be delivered for free.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our fulfillment team will process your order for shipping same day or within 3 business days after you place an order.

Weekends and major holidays excluded.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to . We will see what is still possible if the order has not been fulfilled yet.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, no order cancellations can be made.

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please request a return here or by using our 'My Account' icon in the header/navigation menu.

How long does it take to return?

Once your return package has delivered, the store credit refund or exchange order will be processed shortly after inspection.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number by email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking number shows updates. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to and we will contact the shipping company for investigation.
